Do we get the digital files?

Absolutely, I wish I had the files from my wedding, so I think it's important for my couples to have those files and have the ability to use, print and share them however you would like.

You will receive all the edited high-resolution images in an online gallery, easily accessible on any computer, mobile device or tablet. One click and you'll start downloading!

Can we print ourselves or through you?

You can print wherever you like! To make it easy, you can also order prints, albums, and wall art directly from the gallery! All items printed through your gallery are produced at one of the nation's premier professional print labs in the highest quality and look so pretty!

How many photos will we get? 

The number of images depends on many things -- how many hours of coverage, number of guests, types of events, etc. For weddings, you'll receive approximately 75 images per hour of coverage. You'll get no less than 500, and my average for weddings is usually around 800.

For Engagement Sessions, you'll receive approximately 50-75 images. For Adventure Sessions, you'll receive approximately 75-100 images.

How long before we see them?

For weddings, your online gallery will be delivered to you via email within 4-6 weeks of your wedding date. And I'll do my best to post a sneak preview on my blog and/or social media sooner, because I know waiting is the hardest part!

For all other sessions, your online gallery will be delivered to you via email within 4 weeks of our session.

How do we secure our date with you? 

First we talk, email, meet, or video chat to make sure I have the date available and we would be a good fit. Then, the 2 things we need to reserve your date are: a signed agreement and a 25% retainer.

I have an online studio system that makes this as easy as possible! I'll send you a booking proposal, which you can access easily via computer or mobile device. You'll sign the agreement and pay the retainer directly through the proposal. Once those two things are done, the date goes in my calendar and is officially yours!

How do we access our information?

I will create a private client portal for you through my studio system, where you can access everything related to your photography: agreement, invoices, payments, questionnaires, galleries, etc.!

Flexible payment schedules are offered, usually split into 4 payments for weddings: 25% retainer to book, 25% due 6 months prior to your wedding date, 25% due 3 months prior to your wedding date, and the final balance due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.

How do we access our information?

Once we are all booked, I will create a private client portal for you through my studio system. There you can see everything related to your photography: agreement, invoices, payments, questionnaires, galleries, etc.! You can access your portal from your computer or mobile device any time you want! One really cool feature... you can even "hide" photos in your gallery so that only you can see them!

When are payments due?

I am happy to offer Flexible payment schedules!! For weddings, most plans are split into 4 payments: 25% retainer to book, 25% due 6 months prior to your wedding date, 25% due 3 months prior to your wedding date, and the final balance due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. If you would like a different schedule, just ask!

For all other sessions, there is a 50% retainer to book, and the balance is due on or before the day of your session.
